Fashionistaa Store: Returns, Cancellations & Exchanges Policy

At Fashionistaa, we believe in delivering satisfaction with every purchase. Our Returns, Cancellations, and Exchanges policy is designed to ensure that you are completely content with your order. We offer a hassle-free process for returns, refunds, and replacements, so you can shop with confidence.

1. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you ordered! If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange most items within 14 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In their original packaging

  • With all original tags still attached

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will proceed with issuing either a refund or an exchange, as per your preference. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we’ll make sure the process is simple and efficient.

2. Cancellations

We understand that things can change quickly, and sometimes you need to cancel your order. You can cancel your order within 1 day after it’s been placed, provided that it hasn’t been processed or shipped yet. If your order has already been shipped, you can still refuse the package upon delivery, and we will issue a refund once the item is returned to us.

To cancel your order before it’s shipped, simply reach out to our customer support team, and we will take care of it promptly.

3. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will provide you with a replacement or a full refund based on your choice. We aim to resolve any issues swiftly to ensure you have a pleasant shopping experience with us.

4. Manufacturer Warranty

Some of our products come with a manufacturer’s warranty. While Fashionistaa is happy to assist you with any related questions, warranty claims must be handled directly with the manufacturer. Please note that products covered under warranty are not eligible for returns or refunds from our store. We’ll guide you through the process and support you in every step.

5. Refund Process

We process refunds quickly and fairly. Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will issue your refund within 7 business days, provided the item is in acceptable condition. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for your purchase. Our goal is to make your refund experience as smooth and efficient as possible.

6. Sale & Discounted Items

At Fashionistaa, we regularly offer special promotions and discounts. Sale and discounted items follow the same return and replacement guidelines as full-priced products, with a few exceptions.
